My Career Journey
I have an extensive commercial background in both I.T and digital advertising verticals.
And I have a history of delivering results.
As project manager for multiple I.T projects in the past, I can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering both national and global product rollouts on time and on budget.
After working with Troy Davis as project manager on multiple global I.T contracts, I honed my skills in the digital advertising vertical to become a Google certified individual, able to take a project from conceptualisation right though to market penetration.
I not only have knowledge of marketing practices that deliver results, I have experience from working with national brands with large marketing budgets.
Coupling this experience with the ability to make data driven decisions, I am becoming among some of the top industry authorities in this marketspace. I've been invited to speak at a multitude of venues to groups of business owners on the topic of digital advertising where he provides great value to attendees as providing value sits at the core of establishing yourself as an industry elite.
I am able to see exactly how an I.T project works from a technical perspective, and can translate functionalities into a way that is user friendly, allowing a complex technical products message to be translated into a product that can be marketed to its specific market segment.

I was introduced to the world of I.T from a young age. I began my career with telecommunications giant GoTalk, which was where I developed a foundational understanding and passion for networking, hardware and sales.
After a while of working with GoTalk, I began to see a trend within the world…
Phones were becoming “smart” and people even smarter. I remember seeing people on the internet making Millions of dollars…
I don’t know how much of it was true but I remember being determined to become one of them. So I started setting up websites and learning how to optimise them for search traffic. I became familiar with Googles best practices and more importantly how to exploit their index for my own personal gain.
And it felt amazing.
I was suddenly in control of the world's largest website. Siphoning their traffic to my websites and raking in the sales…
But of course, it didn’t last long. It was inconsistent. I needed a way to generate sales with the click of a button.
This was when I began to learn everything I could about paid traffic methods.
I became a Google certified individual and began using paid ads platforms to drive traffic to offers.
Little did I know it but this was the turning point in my career. I decided to upskill with a business certification from Aurora training institute.
I learnt programming languages and database management to work with static HTML website design along with content management systems.
I worked on multiple IT projects as project manager on a contract basis until I was offered a position as head of website development for one of the Gold Coasts largest App development firms.
This role only lasted about one year though. You see I wasn’t just building websites for my clients, I was showing them how to leverage them so they produced leads and sales.
And you know what they say! The rest is history.
Since then I’ve ranked websites from brand new domains to first position in Google using white hat tactics so it stays there.
I just want to make beautiful things, even if nobody cares.

My Career Journey
Kline has 10 years of experience on Web Development, He's career started off as a Software Developer, it started around 2006 where-in he started developing softwares on VB6, he is also the one designing the user interface of the he's software.
He discovered that creating software opens a posibility for him to create and earn money by selling his own software for local businesses in his hometown, he started off creating his own POS system for a small pharmacy on the area, and so on.
Not only that he sells his system to help businesss switch from Manual to Automated systems. But opportunities never stopped there, he also manages to teach fellow students how to create softwares from scratch to finish, he even created softwares for fellow students as return for his personal portfolio.
But passion always finds its way to him, he wants to learn more, he's hunger for knowledge is something that pushed him to his way to other development, VB6 is just the start, FoxPro is the advanced software for his Software Development learning, but Web Development is endless. When he found out that Web Development was gaining it's popularity to fellow IT students from different schools, he decided to hop on the venture leaving out the software development.
When he explored the world of Web Development the first thing that comes to his mind was the design, how websites are being delivered nowadays aren't like that before, we we're doing Web 2.0 before that's why the interface isn't really nice, that's when he decided to take classes and seminars on Designs, started off to test Adobe Photoshop 7.0, and create different designs, color scheming, logo creation, banner creation, ads creation, web structures, and mockups.
It's a very interesting part of the journey that once he's hobby becomes something that he's fond of doing, he even studied a little bit of architecture on the side from one of the family member who used autocad to create blueprints and building structures. he also accepts different kinds of 3D Simple projects to create a Trophy or a Buildng Structure from a Blueprint Softcopy.
From designs to a little bit of architecture, there comes the Coding part, where-in he managed to create hundreds of simple websites. Under a company who remotely hired him, he was the Senior Developer, with 3 Junior Developers on the Side and a Project Manager, he does all the leg works on Web Development, he's very much attentive to details, and has his own ways to make the development faster. He want's his fellow Developers to know that developing websites on a face paced way, isn't easy, because you have to keep those details and quality work on the line, but if you have the knowledge on how to do it, when you we're still studying, then you already know that the key to perform these kind of things aren't very easy. It needs constant practice, trial and errors to make it better. Not perfect, but the best.

I can work with data in a given system and perform analysis on that data set. Joining like for like data from multiple disparite sources to gain insights is my speciality using various data discovery tools
I am able to support a business and management with clear and insightful analyses on the data at hand. This includes data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation and reconciliation), advanced modelling techniques, testing and creating and explaining results in clear and concise reports.
I have a broad understanding and have experience with real-time analytics and business intelligent platforms such as Tableau and Qlikview, The Microsoft stack including PowerBI and the Business Objects toolset. I am able to work with SQL databases and several programming languages and statistical software packages such as R, Microsoft Machine Learning, Scala and SPSS. A working knowledge with Hadoop and MapReduce and some scripting languages to develop new insights from the available data.
The testing skills are particular important. I test and analyse and am able to perform A/B testing based on different hypotheses to directly and indirectly impact different Key Performance Indicators. In order to perform such tests as well as build the reports that senior management needs, I have certain business acumen and knows what drives an organisation, which factors influence a company’s strategy and how the available data within an organisation can contribute to the success of a strategy.

Apart from military service my career, relevant to my current position, commenced when I joined Australian Fixed Trust in 1980 and gained and investment advisors licence through Corporate Affairs the issuer and Australian Regulator.
My forte has always to think outside the square and I quickly realised that borrowing to invest in the trusts as with regular property would create massive leverage to my client's portfolios.
I joined Australian Fixed Trusts in Perth Western Australia were the whole office objective was to raise a modest $150,000 per month but because of my association with Citicorp in my 3rd month I wrote over $2,000,000 of new business. My funding methods were soon adopted by all the AFT offices.
Progressing to an independent advisor (therefore selling for many of the unlisted trusts) including AFT I formed my own company (Gladstone Securities) which I ran until 1986 and during that period raised over 100 million dollars when I sold and moved to Queensland Australia more for personal reasons.
Queensland offered funding opportunities and in 1992 I funded my first small business and trained with Norwich Union Insurance Group, marketing Superannuation.
In 2000, I was offered a position with a new IT company call Virtual World of Sports (VWOS) which had developed proprietary software and was poised to enter the USA market. This was a listed entity and I was offered the position of president and Troy Davis was the CEO.
Unfortunately, in on the 17th of April 2000 the NASDAQ Exchange collapsed and since our funding was dependent on IT companies predominantly on the NASDAQ exchange we were forced to return to Australia.
In late 2000 with a colleague that I had met through VWOS formed a capital raising company working under the exempt funding clause for small business issued by the Australian regulator (ASIC). Over a period of 8 years we raised over 34 million dollars funding more than 120 small to medium enterprises. We closed this business in 2008 due to the Global Financial Crisis which not only destroyed the market but our personal developments could no longer be financed as over 42 finance companies went under due to Australian Government financial guarantee policy.
Since then to date I have been involved firstly with retail solar sales but currently (for the past two years) have specialised in solar arrays and power management for medium to large
commercial clients Ranging from 50Kw to over 500Kw. Recently I have educated myself in the process of On-Line marketing and because of my associating with IT experts have a wide knowledge on marketing websites and gaining contracts for software development.
I have a wide range of business methods and requirements and in all my endeavours sales skills would be the catalyst for all my success in the past.
