Running a Global Private network as complex as SafeStreets.online requires a lot of dedicated people. These people have to be connected with their community to encompass all the elements of it's members.
The priority of our Administrators is member safety and community enhancement.
When we are preparing to open a new PRIVATE COMMUNITY we first need to Appoint an active member of that community as a part time/full time contracted Administrator. Prior to launching a new community we need to do a lot of research about the area, the people, the service providers and so much more. Administrators help us with this research because they live in the community area we are preparing to open. After we launch the community - we have a fully trained, experienced Administrator to help us look after our members in that community.
So the role of being an Administrator with SafeStreets is a mix of Human Relations, research, marketing and negotiations. Sounds like a lot of work? - Not really, and you don't need a college degree - you just need to be good with people and have a good knowledge of your local area and what it has to offer - we will train you and support you all the way.
As the Administrator of that community - you are in fact running and building your own business - with our full support and training.
Each community has its own set of financial accounts and at the end of the month our Administrators are paid up to 30% of the net revenue produced in the community.- We will discuss this further with you. If you get your community active - your will be financially rewarded very well.

Each section has a minimum and a maximum score - you need to write down what your score is for each section.
Then add your total score for all 9 sections - if your total score is more than 70% - you can apply to be a SafeStreets Administrator in your area.

The role of a SafeStreets Community Administrator is a highly responsible and trusted position. And you need to be a long term permanent resident of your community. - We need Administrators that are ACTIVE and passionate about their home and the people that live in their community.

As an Administrator you must have a good community standing that others respect and follow your lead.
POSITIVE & OUTGOING NATURE WITH A NATURAL PASSION
TO HELP PEOPLE
You need to take pride in yourself and have a natural ability to want to help others when you can. As a community Leader people will rely on what you say and expect you to follow through every time.
YOU MUST BE A STRONG COMMUNICATOR
This is the front line of dealing with people - You must speak good English and be able mediate any situation while always remaining professional and caring.
AND COMPUTER SAVVY
You need to have a good computer and a stable internet connection. SafeStreets is an ONLINE PORTAL which means you need to actively online dealing with members. - We provide full training via our Live Webinars for all our Administrators world wide.
AUTHORITIES & OTHER
Administrators are required to deal with local Authorities and be known to other public community associations in the area.
No FORMAL certifications are required- Most of this role is COMMON SENSE.
But you must be able 'Think for yourself" as an Administrator this community area is your own business. The more hands on you are and the more active you make this community - the more money you will make.
SALES & BUSINESS CONNECTIONS
Administrators work with local Businesses and Employers to list their services in our CITYMAPS and their JOBS in out Job Boards. You need to have good knowledge of your local ara.
SUPPORT CONSOLE OPERATORS
SafeStreets has its call center in the Philippines for our 24/7 support to our members. We prioritize support operator positions to local operators in your area. Administrators work online in our support console with our members and our operators - Full training is available.
Each section SCORE [%] is calculated by the weighted average of the overall aggregated score. YOU NEED A MINIMUM 70% TOTAL SCORE to apply for a Administrators position.
